About Aditya Raman

Aditya Raman is a founder and technical leader who builds AI products end to end: engineering first, with product, go-to-market, sales and hiring alongside it. He is co-founder of CliniChat, an AI platform for dental clinics in Italy, where he leads technology. Previously he co-founded Dextego, a real-time AI sales-coaching platform, and Deal Drive, an AI deal agent, and Eloquente AI, a personalised email outreach platform.

I'm Aditya Raman, a founder and technical leader. Engineering is where I'm most at home, but building a company from zero means wearing every hat at some point: product, marketing, sales calls, hiring, investor conversations. Most of what I build sits where software meets a live human conversation, and has to keep up while people are still talking.

Today I'm co-founder of CliniChat, AI for dental and medical clinics in Italy, where I lead technology and work closely with a clinician co-founder on what we build and for whom. The platform is mine from the ground up: live transcription of consultations, a clinical AI pipeline that a doctor reviews before anything reaches a patient, treatment planning, dental charting, and the multi-tenant foundations that keep each clinic's data its own.

Before that I co-founded Dextego: real-time AI coaching for sales teams, with AI buyers to practise against and guidance during live calls. Over 2025 we took it from an empty repository to a working product with its first hundred-plus signups and a team that grew to ten, and I spent as much time on go-to-market as on code: defining who we sold to, building the demo engine, and sitting in the deals it helped close.

I also built Deal Drive, an AI deal agent that keeps a sale moving after the meeting: it builds the deal case, answers buyers' questions from the deal's own context, and tracks momentum.

My first startup was Eloquente AI, personalised email outreach at scale. It's closed now, but it taught me marketing and selling from the inside, and that most of an AI system's quality comes from the context you give it.

Earlier, I spent three years on voice AI at Skit.ai, and was a founding engineer at Humantic AI and Frrole. Somewhere along the way the work around the code became as interesting as the code: first hires, roadmaps that have to meet reality, and long conversations with co-founders and customers.

On the engineering side I work across the stack: Python and Django, Go and gRPC, TypeScript and Next.js, WebRTC and streaming speech for the real-time parts, and a lot of care about identity, access and multi-tenant architecture underneath.
